Shower Mats

Yes. Teak is naturally suited to wet environments, and these mats are designed for bathroom and shower use. Check the selected model’s length, width and overall height, along with shower-door and drain clearance. Place it on a flat surface where it sits securely without rocking, and lift it as needed so the area underneath can dry.

The raised slat design helps water drain through the mat instead of pooling underfoot. As with any wet surface, use normal care when stepping in or out of the shower.

For a made-to-size mat, follow the custom mat measuring instructions: measure inside your shower base on all sides, then subtract ¼ inch from the total width and total depth to allow removal for cleaning. At ARB, exceptional teak begins at the heart of the tree. We select only Grade A heartwood from trees more than 40 years old, naturally rich in its own oils. To care for that beauty, clean gently with mild soap and water, rinse well and allow both sides to dry. We do not recommend applying oils, coatings or any finishing products. The richness is already in the wood.
