Build a patio lounge around the reclining design you prefer: a wooden chair, a teak frame with Textilene seating, or a longer steamer-chair shape. Separate three-position leg rests are also listed here. Compare the full furniture footprint and allow room for reclining and movement. The wooden components are Grade A teak, backed by our 5-Year Warranty.
Wooden reclining chairs: compare the Colorado teak recliner with the Manhattan teak recliner. Check each chair’s footprint and the space needed for its reclining position.
A Textilene seat and back: the Colorado teak-and-Textilene recliner combines a teak frame with a separate seating material. Wood-care instructions apply to its teak components.
Separate three-position leg rests: compare the wooden teak leg rest with the teak-and-Textilene leg rest. These are separately listed products described as companions for ARB recliner chairs; compare dimensions and check the selected chair’s inclusions.
A longer steamer-chair shape: view the Colorado wooden steamer chair or Colorado teak-and-Textilene steamer chair. These differ from a reclining chair paired with a separate leg rest.
Quick answers for choosing and caring for teak recliners and lounge pieces.
Choose a recliner for adjustable chair-style comfort, a steamer chair for a longer lounge position, and leg rests when you want to extend comfort with compatible seating.
The wooden and teak-and-Textilene three-position leg rests linked above are separately listed products. Check the selected recliner’s description for what is included before ordering. Compare the leg-rest dimensions with your chosen chair and the space available for the full lounge arrangement.
The linked recliner and steamer-chair designs are described for outdoor use. Follow the selected model’s placement and storage guidance and let folding pieces dry before storage. Grade A teak heartwood contains natural oils valued for water and decay resistance. These wood benefits do not replace care instructions for Textilene seating.
Outdoor teak can gradually develop a silver-gray patina. This natural color change is not a defect. To refresh the golden tone if you prefer, clean the wooden surfaces gently with mild soap and water, working with the grain. Let the teak dry completely, then lightly use fine 220-grit sandpaper only if needed. This applies to the teak frame or wooden seating; do not sand Textilene.
Clean the wooden seat, back and arms of an all-teak recliner, or only the teak frame and arms of a Textilene model, occasionally as needed. Use mild soap and water with a soft cloth or soft-bristle brush, remove residue and let the wood dry. Follow separate instructions for Textilene. We do not recommend applying oils, coatings or any finishing products to the teak.
