Plan a patio or covered-deck lounge with teak deep seating chairs, loveseats, sofas and ottomans. Compare Villa and Asia pieces by seating layout, footprint and cushion inclusions. Grade A teak frames and wooden arms bring natural grain to the arrangement; cushion care is separate from wood care. Our teak furniture is backed by a 5-Year Warranty.
Individual or shared seating: compare the Villa deep seating chair with the Villa sofa. Allow room for the full frame and for movement around the seating.
An Asia arrangement: view the Asia loveseat and the Asia ottoman. Compare their individual dimensions and the space they occupy together.
Another way to relax: explore loungers and steamer chairs for longer reclining surfaces. Check each product’s cushion inclusions and layout rather than assuming every lounge piece has the same construction.
Quick answers for choosing and caring for teak deep seating.
Choose chairs for individual seating, loveseats or sofas for shared lounge areas, ottomans for comfort or flexible use, and loungers when you want a longer reclining setup.
The Villa chair and sofa and the Asia loveseat and ottoman linked above are listed with Sunbrella cushions included. Other seating designs in this collection differ, so check the chosen product’s description for its inclusions. Cushion fabric and filling have their own care instructions, separate from the teak frame.
The linked Villa and Asia pieces are described for patio or outdoor use. Follow the selected product’s placement guidance and treat the teak frame and cushions as different materials. Grade A teak heartwood contains natural oils valued for water and decay resistance. For the cushions, follow the fabric-care label and let them dry before storage rather than applying wood-care advice to the fabric.
The exposed teak frame and arms can gradually develop a silver-gray patina. This natural color change is not a defect. If you prefer to refresh the golden tone, clean the wooden surfaces gently with mild soap and water, working with the grain. Let the teak dry completely, then lightly use fine 220-grit sandpaper only if needed. This guidance concerns the teak; do not sand fabric cushions.
For occasional dirt on the wooden frame or arms, wipe gently with mild soap and water and a soft cloth. Remove soap residue and allow the teak to dry, keeping cushions separate during wood cleaning. Follow the cushion’s care label for its fabric. We do not recommend applying oils, coatings or any finishing products to the teak. Natural oils within the Grade A heartwood contribute to resistance to water and decay.
