Each set is built around a compact rectangular folding table for two-person dining.
Can teak chairs and table sets be used outdoors?▾
These sets are described for indoor or outdoor dining. Choose your layout from the table footprint, the two chairs and the space needed to sit and move comfortably. Follow the individual table and chair guidance, wipe away standing water and allow the pieces to dry before folding for storage. Teak’s natural resistance benefits concern the wood; Textilene seats and backs are a separate material.
What should I measure before buying a set?▾
Measure the table footprint, chair pull-out space, and walking clearance around the full set. These sets are compact, but chairs still need room to open, move, and sit comfortably on balconies, decks, or narrow patio areas.
How do I care for a teak chairs and table set?▾
Clean the teak table and wooden chair components occasionally as needed with mild soap and water and a soft cloth or soft-bristle brush. Remove residue and let the wood dry before folding or storage. This teak-care guidance applies to the wooden parts; follow the chair’s separate instructions for Textilene seats and backs. We do not recommend applying oils, coatings or any finishing products. Grade A teak heartwood contains natural oils valued for water and decay resistance. Outdoor teak can develop a silver-gray patina, a normal color change rather than a defect. If you want to refresh the golden tone, clean and dry the wood, then lightly use fine 220-grit sandpaper only if needed on the teak. Do not sand the Textilene.
