Slatted teak caddies that span the tub to hold a book, a glass or a candle — and double as a seat across the rim. Plus teak sink caddies for the kitchen. Grade A teak, naturally water-resistant, backed by our 5-Year Warranty.
Fit, use and care for teak caddies.
Measure the OUTSIDE width of your tub rim to rim — that is the span the caddy has to cover. These run 31.5", 34.5" and 44", which covers most standard and larger tubs. A caddy should rest on both rims with a little overhang, not wedge inside the tub.
Both. These are built as tub seat/caddies in solid teak, so they hold a book, a tablet or a glass while you bathe, and take a seated person entering or leaving the tub. That dual use is why they are heavier than a decorative tray.
Grade A teak has natural oils and a dense grain that shrug off water and steam, so it will not warp or grow mould the way an untreated softwood tray does. Slatted tops let water run straight through and air dry.
Rinse or wipe after use and let it dry — standing water on any surface is what causes marks. Mild dish soap when it needs cleaning. No oiling. It will silver over time if left alone, and a light wash brings the colour back.
