Start with what you want to organize or do: store toiletries, hang towels, use a caddy across a tub or sink, or select a purpose-specific footrest, stool or step. Shower footrests, seated toilet footstools and hot-tub steps are different designs; choose by the product’s stated use and dimensions.

Grade A teak designs use naturally oil-rich heartwood valued for water and decay resistance. For a wet-use accessory, check its intended setting and leave clearance for water to drain or dry. Rinse teak pieces used under running water before first use to remove natural teak dust or storage and shipping residue.

Measure tub width, wall or floor space, shower clearance, and towel storage needs before choosing.

For dry-use shelves and towel holders, occasional dusting or wiping is usually enough. Clean teak components as needed with mild soap and water and a soft cloth or soft-bristle brush; remove residue and let them dry. Wall-mounted pieces can dry in place. Follow a hamper sack’s own care instructions for the fabric. We do not recommend applying oils, coatings or any finishing products.
